Dreidels spinning, candles burning, 8 nights of celebration.....it's time for a Chanukah blog hop! You have just come from the talented Nancy. Chanukah (or Hanukkah) begins in just 3 weeks on December 12! It is time to start thinking about latkes (potato pancakes) and the celebration of miracles.
My card features Stampin' Up 2017-19 In Colors, Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist, plus Tempting Turquoise, Melon Mambo and Pumpkin Pie. Candles are 3/4" wide and the leaf from the Swirly Bird stamp set provided the flame. A touch of Wink of Stella sets the flames flickering. The symbol on the dreidel is a "gimmel" the Hebrew letter that begins the word "great". If you spin the dreidel and it lands on gimmel, you win!
I love looking at the Chanukah menorah with all the candles burning. What is your favorite part of holiday celebrations?
